The “I” wonders if a caterpillar is consciously aware that it will one day be a butterfly. Or if the butterfly is consciously aware that it once was a caterpillar. Or do they think they are completely independent of each other?

Does the butterfly judge the caterpillar for not being able to fly or does the caterpillar judge the butterfly for not being able to strut?

Two completely different perspectives but one could not exist without the other.
